Kotak Mahindra Bank has allotted 87,500 equity shares

The committee of Kotak Mahindra Bank has allotted 87,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Option Plan Series 2002-03/06 (850 equity shares) and Plan Series 2005/02 (86,650 equity shares).
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 06 March 2009.
